Our Adult Foster Care & Outpatient Rehabilitation

Our highly skilled rehabilitation team consists of both adult foster care and outpatient therapy specialists. The adult foster care team treats patients at the Insight Healing Center who require around the clock neuro and trauma rehabilitation. Our physical, occupational, and speech therapists work alongside nursing staff, social workers, and speech therapists to help these patients recover and improve their wellbeing every day.

At our outpatient locations in Flint and Warren, patients are treated by physical and occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and physical and occupational therapy assistants. Our outpatient team is capable of treating any diagnosis, from post-operative care to chronic care management.

Mitali N Hudlikar, PT, DPT

Radwan Al-Dahhan, DPT

Mitali N Hudlikar, PT, DPT

Dr. Mitali N. Hudlikar joined Insight Comprehensive Therapy in January 2023. Dr. Hudlikar completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Loma Linda University, California, and is also a certified dry needling therapist. Dr. Hudlikar has a keen interest in vestibular rehab, balance, and cervicogenic dizziness. She has participated in various studies to address the impact of chronic motion sensitivity on dizziness and balance in adults and has been published in the International Journal of Pediatrics on the effects ear infections have on dizziness and balance in the pediatric population. Dr. Hudliker has worked in inpatient and outpatient settings for over four years and was the clinical director at her previous employer.

Dr. Hudlikar recently moved to Michigan from Maryland and is thrilled to work at Insight where she can use her skills for patient care and increase the likelihood of desired health outcomes in her patients. Dr. Hudlikar is happily married to her husband, Sanket. In her free time, she enjoys long distance running, quilling, and macramé.

Radwan Al-Dahhan, DPT

Radwan Al-Dahhan, DPT is a licensed physical therapist at Insight, committed to helping patients recover, move better, and live healthier lives. He is currently seeing patients at our Dearborn location. Born and raised in Detroit, Dr. Al-Dahhan is proud of his Middle Eastern heritage, with roots in Iraq and Syria. Dr. Al-Dahhan graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Wayne State University and a Master of Science in Biology from Eastern Michigan University. He later earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Vermont.

Dr. Al-Dahhan’s passion for physical therapy grew from his lifelong involvement in sports and personal experiences with sports-related injuries. This sparked a deep interest in rehabilitation, human movement, and the power of physical therapy to restore function and quality of life. In his free time, Dr. Al-Dahhan enjoys weightlifting, powerlifting, and PC gaming. He’s a proud supporter of Detroit sports, especially the Lions, and values spending time with his wife.

Angelo Dasuqi is a licensed physical therapist assistant at Insight Comprehensive Therapy. He graduated as a physical therapy assistant from Delta College in 2018 and has been at Insight since 2019. Angelo has three children. He enjoys playing all sports, being with friends and family, reading, and having a good laugh.

Andrea Miron, PTA

Andrea Miron is a board-certified physical therapist assistant at Insight Comprehensive Therapy. She graduated from Mott Community College in 2021 and joined Insight in February 2022. As a multi-sport athlete during her high school and college years, Andrea went to physical therapy for injuries she experienced while playing sports. She decided to pursue a career in physical therapy to give back and help those who also require rehabilitation. Outside of work, Andrea enjoys spending time with her family, three cats, and being outdoors camping and hiking.

Kelly Lopp, PTA

Kelly Lopp is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant at Insight Comprehensive Therapy. She graduated from Mott Community College in 2018 and joined Insight in 2023. Kelly has extensive experience working with patients diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, stroke, and spinal cord injuries. In the outpatient setting, she also provides care for pediatric patients as young as three months old, including children on the autism spectrum and those with musculoskeletal injuries. Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family, drawing, and strength training at the gym.

Tonni Marinelli, PT

Tonni Marinelli is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant at Insight Comprehensive Therapy. Tonni graduated from Mott Community College’s PTA Class in 2021 with the highest honors. She has been working as a PTA since and joined the Insight Comprehensive Therapy team in July of 2024. Tonni’s experience and passion are in guiding and assisting patients throughout their recovery from various musculoskeletal injuries and orthopedic conditions. When it comes to helping restore mobility, improving strength, and managing pain, Tonni is committed to enhancing each patient’s quality of life and helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals. Outside of the clinic, Tonni enjoys traveling, hiking, and attending concerts.

Sakina Bohra, OTD/CHT

Sakina Bohra, OTD/CHT

Sakina Bohra is an occupational therapist at Insight Comprehensive Therapy. Sakina graduated from Seth G.S. Medical College in Mumbai, India in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy. She became a Certified Hand Therapist in November 2008 and earned a Certificate of Advanced Practice in Hand and Upper Quarter Rehabilitation in 2012 from Drexel University. She then went on to earn a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Jefferson University in Philadelphia in 2016. Her doctoral project was on developing, implementing, and evaluating evidence-based, patient-centered occupational therapy programs for patients with upper extremity arthritis. Sakina has been practicing occupational therapy in the United States since 1993. She is skilled in fabricating upper extremity orthotics for various conditions.

Jennifer Adams, COTA/L

Jennifer Adams is a certified and licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant with more than a decade of experience serving patients in skilled nursing and outpatient settings. She earned her degree from Mott Community College and began her career in skilled nursing, where she continues to work on a PRN basis. In February 2024, she joined Insight, bringing both clinical expertise and a deep commitment to helping patients achieve meaningful, lasting progress.

Before entering the occupational therapy field, Jennifer spent ten years at Durant Turri Mott working with children with disabilities—an experience that inspired her to pursue a career dedicated to improving quality of life. Known for her compassion, patience, and thoughtful approach to care, she takes pride in supporting patients as they work toward greater independence and confidence.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys golfing, camping, fishing, and scrapbooking. She and her husband of 32 years have two grown, married children, and her favorite role is being “Nonie” to her 7-year-old grandson, who keeps her smiling and active.

Emily Fabus

Emily Fabus, M.A. CF-SLP joined Insight Comprehensive Therapy in August 2022 and sees patients in the outpatient department. With a desire to work in the health field and help people, Emily was interested in becoming a speech-language pathologist and completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication sciences and disorders and a Master of Arts degree in speech-language pathology at Central Michigan University. Fire up Chips! She also completed internships at Mecosta-Osceola Intermediate School District and Mary Free Bed at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing.

Emily believes that communication is essential and everyone deserves to have a voice. Throughout her career, she has worked with ages ranging from 3-95, including a wide variety of populations and disorders. Emily also loves to meet new people and finding creative ways to make therapy fun and functional for each patient.

Rachel A. Sullivant

Dr. Rachel Sullivant is the Clinical Director of Chiropractic at Insight Neuro Chiropractic Center. She began her journey in healthcare while still in high school, working as an assistant at a chiropractic practice in Flint, where she developed a passion for helping people and serving her community.

Dr. Sullivant attended the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, earning a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience. During her time there, she worked on a longitudinal health study at the University of Michigan School of Public Health and spent two years contributing to the SWAN Study (Study of Women Across the Nation), which focuses on research surrounding aging in women and related health outcomes.

She went on to complete her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Life Chiropractic College West in California, graduating summa cum laude in 2016. In 2018, she passed her diplomate exam through the American Chiropractic Neurology Board after completing 300 hours of post-doctoral studies in Clinical Neurology through the Carrick Institute.

Since joining Insight, Dr. Sullivant has played a key role in growing the chiropractic department. She specializes in treating patients recovering from motor vehicle accidents, post-surgical conditions, and migraines.

Dr. Sullivant also serves as the Board Representative for District 5 of the Michigan Association of Chiropractors, helping support the advancement of the chiropractic profession through advocacy, collaboration, and professional education.

Jeffrey Kline, DC

Dr. Jeffrey Kline is a chiropractor at Insight Health Systems dedicated to helping patients improve mobility, manage musculoskeletal concerns and feel their best. He uses a personalized approach to care, with expertise in Diversified, Thompson Drop and Cox adjusting techniques, as well as musculoskeletal modalities and orthopedic assessment. A Flint-area native, Dr. Kline returned to the community to practice and continues to stay involved locally as an athletic trainer for Mt. Morris High School.

Julie Niewolak is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant at Insight. She has over 20 years of experience in therapeutic massage. Julie specializes in deep tissues massages. She has three fur-babies that keep her very busy when not at work. She also has a beautiful and fabulous daughter named Aleah, who lives and works in Richmond, Virginia.
