At the Insight Neuro Chiropractic Center, you get so much more than a quick treatment. You get over 20 years of clinical experience and the expertise of a board-certified functional neurology practitioner. Our doctors invest the time to carefully diagnose the cause of your pain and explain to you how to best alleviate that pain.
There are many causes of back pain, neck pain, headaches, and numbness and tingling in the arms and legs. Many of these causes are mechanical and can be helped significantly by chiropractic care. Other causes of pain include poor nutrition, stress, lifestyle, effects from medication, and serious disease.
Because Insight features a large, multidisciplinary team, you have more options and dedicated physicians working for you than at other chiropractic offices. Our doctors work diligently to make sure you have and get all the help you need.
Dr. Keith Denning first became interested in chiropractic care when he was treated in high school. He suffered from severe allergies that were helped immensely by chiropractic care. This interest followed him through high school and into his early college years.
Dr. Denning went on to receive his bachelor’s degree in biomechanics from Purdue University in 1996. While earning his degree at Purdue he became a lead laboratory instructor for 200-level biomechanics and human anatomy and physiology courses at the university. After finishing his degree at Purdue, Dr. Denning began postgraduate studies at Sherman College of Chiropractic in South Carolina. While at Sherman he did extensive studies with nutrition and neurophysiology. He graduated from Sherman with his Doctorate of Chiropractic in the fall of 2000. After completing his doctorate, Dr. Denning trained in several specialties, including nutrition, chronic pain management, and non-surgical decompression.
Dr. Denning became board certified in Michigan in 2001. He currently serves as the Clinic Director of both the Insight Neuro Chiropractic and Insight Comprehensive Therapy departments.
Dr. Rachel Sullivant began her journey into the field of health care as a high schooler when she obtained her first job as a chiropractic assistant at one of Flint’s most successful chiropractic practices.

In addition to traditional chiropractic care, she offers rehabilitative strategies for patients suffering from chronic head pain, traumatic brain injuries/concussions, neurodegenerative conditions, movement disorders, and developmental disorders. Dr. Sullivant is board-certified in Clinical Neuroscience through the American Chiropractic Neurology Board.
