Shad Siddiqi, DO

Medical Director 

Board-Certified Anesthesiologist Specializing in Pain Management & Spine Care

Shad Siddiqi, DO is a fellowship-trained anesthesiologist specializing in interventional spine and pain management at Insight Health Systems’ Brighton and Novi locations, where he also serves as Regional Medical Director. He provides comprehensive, non-surgical solutions for patients experiencing lower back and neck conditions, joint pain, and nerve-related disorders. His expertise includes epidural injections for radiculopathy, sacroiliac joint injections, facet joint injections and radiofrequency ablation, kyphoplasty, and spinal and peripheral nerve stimulation trials.

Dr. Siddiqi completed his fellowship training in interventional spine and pain management at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit and his anesthesiology residency at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and graduated magna cum laude from Michigan State University with his undergraduate degree. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Siddiqi serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor with Michigan State University College of Human Medicine and maintains active membership in several professional medical organizations.

Danielle Meyka-Blanchard, DPM

Board-Certified Foot and Ankle Specialist

Dr. Danielle Meyka-Blanchard is a board-certified foot and ankle specialist with extensive experience in non-surgical treatments for a wide range of foot and ankle conditions. She provides expert care for patients of all ages, with a special focus on geriatric and diabetic foot care, wound management, and youth sports injuries. Her areas of expertise include plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendon injuries, arthritis, bursitis, strains and sprains, and conservative treatments for bunions, hammertoes, and other foot deformities.

Dr. Meyka-Blanchard completed a two-year primary and surgical residency at St. John Oakland Hospital in Madison Heights, Michigan, and has been serving the Livingston County community since 2003. Outside of her practice, she enjoys traveling and camping with her husband and two children. She is also an active member of her community and the local soccer scene, where she manages and coaches youth teams.

Muhammed Sharoz Shamim, DPM

Board-Certified Foot and Ankle Specialist

Dr. Muhammed Sharoz Shamim is a fellowship-trained foot and ankle surgeon at Insight Orthopedics & Sports Medicine with privileges at Trinity Health Howell and Henry Ford Novi. He sees patients for all conditions of the foot and ankle, with a special focus on reconstructive surgery, total ankle replacement, minimally invasive bunion correction, peripheral nerve surgery and arthroscopic surgery for the treatment of athletic injuries, including ligamentous and tendon injuries, as well as fractures of the ankle, talus, calcaneus, and Lisfranc joint. Dr Shamim also treats and specializes in diabetic Charcot reconstruction of the lower extremity. 

He completed a one-year specialty fellowship in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery at the Northwest Illinois Foot and Ankle Fellowship in Chicago at Northwestern Hospital. His fellowship training focused on peripheral nerve surgery, total ankle replacement, external fixation, and complex deformity correction. 

Dr. Shamim resides in Metro Detroit with his wife, Rashahla Yazdani, who is completing her nurse practitioner training at the University of Michigan. They enjoy outdoor activities, traveling the world and trying different cuisines when they can.
