Couples & Marital Therapy

Couples therapy is a form of counseling used to help people in relationships resolve conflicts, rebuild trust, and improve communication. Common issues licensed therapists trained in couples therapy can help with include disagreements, infidelity, financial issues, substance use, sexual problems, and differing expectations.

Bipolar Disorder

Therapy helps people with bipolar disorder in a number of ways. Therapists work with people to help them accept their diagnosis, recognize the signs of negative feelings, and develop coping skills to manage their symptoms and improve their thoughts, behaviors, and relationships.

Depression

Depression is a serious mood disorder that can be managed effectively with the help of a licensed therapist. During therapy, patients discuss their struggles one-on-one with the goal of identifying what is causing depression and solutions to resolve those issues.

Anxiety

There are many therapy options for people experiencing anxiety. Using a series of techniques, therapists can help people overcome their fears, change their thinking and behaviors, learn skills to navigate difficult situations, and develop control and confidence in their daily lives.

Family Conflict

Conflict resolution therapy can help families build stronger connections and heal troubled relationships. By acting as a mediator, a therapist can guide people through conflict and help them develop skills to achieve an amicable resolution.

Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

Therapists can help people with PTSD improve their symptoms, gain control of their thoughts and feelings, and restore self-esteem in a safe, controlled environment.
