About the Study
If you suffer from chronic pain or aching in your knee, you may have osteoarthritis (OA) – a painful joint condition that can interfere with all aspects of daily life. When initial treatments fail to relieve the pain, many sufferers are faced with an unsettling future – increasing use of pain medications, invasive knee surgery, or continued suffering.
If you’re living with chronic knee pain and have not received lasting relief from medications, you may qualify for a new clinical research study. The study is for an investigational injectable medication for chronic knee pain. The study is currently being offered at select locations in the US, Canada, UK, Europe, and Australia.
If you qualify for and choose to join the study, you will receive study-related care at no cost, and will also be compensated for your time and travel to attend study visits.
Why Participate?
If you have chronic knee pain or have been diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis (OA), you may qualify for a new clinical research study. The study is for an investigational injectable medication for chronic knee pain. If you qualify and choose to join the study, you will receive:
Evaluations of your knee osteoarthritis from a local physician.
Compensation to attend periodic visits at your study doctor’s office for treatment and follow-up over a 6-7 month period.
Study-related care and study medication at no cost. Health insurance is not required.
The opportunity to help advance knee osteoarthritis research, which may benefit other knee pain sufferers in the future.
